Wiserta policy

Terms of use.

Effective September 12, 2026

These terms govern use of the Wiserta website and digital products. Wiserta is operated by PE Oleg Khmelnytskyi, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (ФОП Хмельницький Олег Юрійович), tax identifier 3158820133. Current sales status and contact information are available on the Seller & payment information page.

Digital products

Wiserta products are downloadable files, not physical goods, unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Product pages state included formats, page counts and licences.

Everyday wellness scope

Wiserta materials support everyday participation, connection, creativity and general wellness. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and are not medical, therapy or emergency services.

Purchases

Prices and currency appear before checkout. A product page price is the base catalog price; the checkout provider shows the final currency, tax and total before the buyer places the order. Access is provided after confirmed payment through the connected payment and delivery provider. Customers are responsible for compatible software, devices and printing.

Paddle payment scope

Paddle checkout is limited to the 40 one-time downloadable personal and family products shown in the Wiserta Shop. Family Stories and Made for You services, Wiserta Pro subscriptions and the A Gentle December facility licence are separate and are not offered through that checkout. Our order process for Shop transactions is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and provides payment support and handles returns. Wiserta remains the product supplier and licensor and provides product delivery and product support.

Subscriptions

No recurring Wiserta subscription is currently available for purchase, and the earlier paid consumer Family Membership concept is retired. The planned Wiserta Pro offer is a professional monthly resource service. Its price, licence, billing interval, renewal date, cancellation and any pause option will be shown before checkout only after the offer, legal terms, delivery lifecycle and Paddle integration pass their release gates.

When recurring billing is activated, cancellation will prevent future renewal. Files already downloaded remain governed by the licence shown for their original billing period. Any refund rights and exceptions will be shown before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.

Made for You

Personalized companions adapt interests, context, pace and format within approved Wiserta modules. They are not individually prescribed clinical products. Delivery timing, revision scope and price must be confirmed before payment.

Family Stories

Family Stories products organize and present user-provided material and information from permitted sources. Unless a product explicitly includes professional human research, outputs are research aids and creative keepsakes—not certified genealogical conclusions. A possible match, AI transcript or generated historical context may contain errors and must be reviewed against original sources.

You confirm that you have permission to provide submitted photographs, documents, recordings and information about living people. Do not use Wiserta to locate, contact, monitor or expose a living person without a lawful and appropriate basis. Raw genetic data is outside the initial service scope.

AI-assisted materials

Wiserta may use AI tools to help draft, generate or quality-check general product content and artwork. Human review, product truth checks and release controls remain part of publication. AI-assisted material is not a certified historical source, professional diagnosis or substitute for checking an original record. The current public website has no AI chatbot and does not send public form contents or locally opened GEDCOM files to an AI provider.

Reviews and endorsements

Wiserta does not create, buy or publish fabricated customer reviews or AI-generated customer endorsements. Private feedback is not displayed as a review without separate publication permission. If reviews are introduced, Wiserta will explain how they are collected and moderated, label incentives or material relationships, and use “verified purchase” only when the reviewer can be matched to a completed order.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, redistribute, upload to shared drives, remove ownership notices or use personal licences across multiple facilities. Do not submit unlawful material, scrape third-party platforms through Wiserta or use generated research to harass, discriminate against or make eligibility decisions about another person. Applicable law and mandatory rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This choice does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or statutory right that applies to you in your country of residence. Where a marketplace or Merchant of Record is the seller for a transaction, its buyer terms also govern the payment, tax, receipt and refund process.

Resolving concerns

Please contact Wiserta support first so we can restore access, correct a file or explain the next step. For a Paddle transaction, you may also use the support route in the Paddle receipt or Paddle Buyer Support. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using a competent consumer authority, supervisory authority or court where applicable law permits it.

Responsibility

Wiserta does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, Wiserta is not responsible for indirect business losses, lost profit or losses caused by incompatible software, devices, printers, unauthorized sharing or use outside the stated product scope. Digital products are practical aids; buyers remain responsible for professional, medical, legal, financial, safeguarding and emergency decisions.

Changes to these terms

The effective date appears above. Wiserta may update these terms prospectively when products, providers or legal requirements change and will publish the current version here. Where practical, a material change affecting an active direct service will be communicated through the contact channel used for that service. A purchase remains governed by the product, licence and transaction terms shown when the order was placed, except where a change is required by law or is needed to protect security or prevent abuse.
