Seller identity
Wiserta is operated by the private entrepreneur whose legal English name is PE Oleg Khmelnytskyi, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (ФОП Хмельницький Олег Юрійович). Wiserta is the product creator, supplier and licensor. For approved Paddle transactions, Paddle will act as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.
What Wiserta sells
The Shop sells one-time digital PDF products and digital workbooks. Nothing is physically shipped. Family-story services and the proposed membership have separate scopes and are not active product checkouts.
Prices and currency
Product pages show canonical USD base prices. Paddle shows the final currency, applicable taxes and total before payment. The final checkout total, not the catalog preview, is authoritative for the transaction.
Payment processing
Paddle provides hosted payment processing and acts as Merchant of Record for Shop transactions. Wiserta does not ask for or store full card details. Wiserta supplies and licenses the products and provides private download delivery after Paddle confirms payment.
Paddle scope
Paddle checkout is limited to the 40 one-time downloadable personal and family products shown in the Wiserta Shop. Family Stories and Made for You are separate service-enquiry paths; Wiserta Pro is a separate planned professional subscription; and the A Gentle December facility licence remains unavailable.
Digital delivery
Delivery begins only after a verified completed Paddle payment event. The buyer receives a private package link at the purchase email and may later recover eligible purchases through download recovery. A browser return page alone cannot create paid access.
Membership status
No recurring billing is active. The free consumer Wiserta Letter and the professional Wiserta Pro interest list are separate. No free download or email signup creates a paid trial or recurring charge. Before any Pro subscription can open, the checkout must clearly show the price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation method and any reminder terms, and self-service cancellation must be operational.
Refunds and complaints
Digital-product and subscription refund rules are explained in Refunds & licenses. For an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment, inaccessible file or cancellation problem, contact hello@wiserta.com with the purchase email and transaction details. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
Public seller disclosure
The owner confirms that the address above is both the registered and actual address and authorises publication of the address, tax identifier and support telephone. Banking details and identity documents are never published.
