Before your first session.
Read the chosen activity and adapt it to your setting before inviting participants.
Check supplies and individual guidance
Choose suitable materials, music and food. Check allergies, swallowing guidance, safe temperatures, access and staffing. For the scent activity, use suitable familiar food aromas; do not use shoe polish or other chemicals.
Make participation a choice
Ask before physical help. Offer watching or a different role, and stop if someone is uncomfortable. For movement, use a suitable soft object and let staff retrieve dropped items.
Print only what you need
Use A4 or Letter paper at 100% or Actual Size. Check the preview and select the activity pages you need. The current files contain illustration placeholders.
Write from observation
Adapt documentation examples to what actually happened. Do not copy unobserved clinical outcomes into a care record.

Can our staff photocopy it?
Yes. You may print and photocopy the free sample for staff and activities within your care setting. Share the page link with other settings instead of publicly uploading or reselling the files.
Do I need to sign up?
No. The two PDF downloads are available immediately. Joining the professional email list below is optional.
Are illustrations finished?
Not yet. The activity text is available now; the current PDFs still contain spaces reserved for illustrations.
Does downloading start a subscription?
No. No payment is requested and there is no automatic subscription. Future quantities and prices mentioned in the preview are not current offers.
