Digital-product policy

Delivery, refunds and licences.

This policy applies to one-time digital products purchased directly from Wiserta through Paddle. Purchases made through Etsy or another marketplace continue to follow that marketplace’s transaction, delivery and refund terms.

Digital delivery and recovery

Wiserta products are digital files; nothing is shipped. Fulfilment begins only after a verified completed Paddle payment event—not a browser success screen. The approved package is sent to the purchase email. Each private download link is valid for 30 days for security, while an eligible purchase has no fixed re-download deadline as long as Wiserta operates and supports the product. A fresh link can be requested through download recovery without creating an account.

30-Day Wiserta Promise

A one-time digital product purchased through Paddle may receive a full product-price refund when requested within 30 calendar days of transaction completion, including after download. A detailed reason is not required. Refund requests may be made through the Paddle receipt or buyer-support route, or through Wiserta support using the purchase email. Paddle processes any approved adjustment to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle Buyer Terms continue to apply; if either provides a more favourable outcome, that outcome applies. Where immediate digital access requires express consent or an acknowledgement under applicable law, the active Paddle checkout collects it before fulfilment. Purchases made through Etsy or another marketplace follow that marketplace’s transaction policy.

Personal and family licence

One purchaser and one household may use and reprint the files for that household. The files may not be shared with another household, resold, publicly uploaded or placed in a shared library.

Personal, family and direct-care licence

Where shown on the product page, the purchaser may also use the resource directly with people they personally support. It does not permit colleague-wide sharing, an organization library, multi-site use, resale or redistribution.

Single-site facility licence

Where available, this licence covers one named legal holder and one named operating site. The facility offer remains unavailable until its certificate, delivery, recovery and refund workflow passes end-to-end testing. It does not include multi-site use or an unsupported invoice promise.

Printing

The purchaser may use a local print service solely to produce copies allowed by the selected licence. The print provider receives no redistribution rights. Product pages identify A4, US Letter or digital-workbook formats before purchase.

Defects and failed delivery

If a file is inaccessible, corrupted, incorrect or materially different from the approved product page, Wiserta will first restore access or provide the correct package. This does not restrict any applicable refund or statutory right.
