- At home: any inkjet or laser printer, plain paper, print at 100% / Actual size.
- At a copy shop: upload the PDF to Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Office or a local printer; ask for single- or double-sided on 24 lb paper and a simple binding.
- On a tablet: open the PDF in any reader and write with a stylus, or just read it together.
- Large print: body text is set at 12–14 pt so older eyes can read it comfortably.
