Do I need a complete family tree?

No. Three people with what you know is enough. Unknown details are marked as open for future discoveries.

When does the delivery time start?

When we have complete details and have confirmed any unclear places or relationships with you by email.

Will the research links find my ancestors?

They are starting points for your own search. Some archives need an account, and coverage varies by place and year.

Is anything shipped?

Only if you choose a printed edition. The PDF packages arrive by email to read on screen or print yourself. The printed hardcover or softcover is made from the same book: we email a proof PDF first, print after you approve it and ship it to the US, Canada, the UK or Australia in about 2–3 weeks.
