Wiserta products are wellness and engagement materials designed to support meaningful daily activity, gentle movement and connection. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity, and stop any movement that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort. Our memory-care materials support engagement; they are not a clinical treatment for dementia or any cognitive condition.

What we collect. If you request a free printable or newsletter, we store the email address you give us. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.
Analytics & cookies. Analytics stay switched off until you opt in through our cookie banner. We use Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. You can decline at any time and no analytics cookies will be set.
Payments. Purchases are handled by Etsy. We never see or store your card details — Etsy's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and unsubscribe from email at any time. Email hello@wiserta.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
We never sell your data. Full stop.
Personal licence. When you buy a Wiserta printable, you may print unlimited copies for your own household and the person you care for. Please don't resell, share the files, or redistribute them.
Teams & agencies. Care agencies, facilities and professionals using materials across multiple clients need a team plan. It keeps things fair and lets us keep improving the library.
Digital products. Because our products are instant downloads, all sales are final. If a file won't open or download, contact us and we'll make it right.
Content ownership. All Wiserta designs, illustrations and text remain the intellectual property of Wiserta.
